Fleet Management (Early Access)
Fleet Management gives organisation administrators a single workspace to monitor device health, roll out configuration changes, manage AI model deployments, and forecast cost savings, all from the Fleet dashboard at /fleet.
Fleet Management is available to members of organisations set up by the Locai team; it is early access and not self-serve. If you do not see the Fleet dashboard or the organisation workspace picker, contact us at hello@locai.co.uk to enable access.
Switching Between Organisation and Personal Workspaces
When your account belongs to an organisation, a workspace picker appears when you sign in and is accessible at any time from the account menu (top-right corner).
- Organisation. Opens the Fleet dashboard and org-scoped settings.
- Personal. Returns you to your standard personal workspace.
The org workspace shows a dedicated sidebar with Fleet Operations and Settings only. Standard items such as Billing and Plans are hidden in the org context.

Real-Time Updates
The Fleet dashboard refreshes automatically:
- The device list updates every 20 seconds.
- Rollout status updates every 15 seconds.
- Status changes (device, command, model, activity, and log events) also trigger instant updates when they occur, so the dashboard stays current without a manual page refresh.
Known Limitations
- No automatic rollback for ring rollouts. To revert a configuration, publish a new overlay with the previous settings.
- Concurrent admin edits to ring state follow last-write-wins; coordinate with other admins when managing rollouts simultaneously.
- Storage figures (total storage) are not yet available and will show as 0 until a future update.
- Large fleets: the device table loads all devices into memory. Very large fleets may experience slower load times; pagination improvements are planned.
- Activity history depth is bounded; only a recent window of events is available.
In this section
- The Fleet Dashboard: health tiles, the device table, device details, and retiring a device.
- Configuration and Rollouts: config overlays, serve flags, and staged ring rollouts.
- Keys and Analytics: enrollment keys, agent version spread, the ROI calculator, and model performance.
